Todd Marks, a teacher-turned-technologist, is the founder and Chief-Everything-Officer (CEO) of Mindgrub. Mindgrub, an end-to-end digital agency with a core competency in digital innovation, is a pioneer in creative thinking and the development of custom mobile and web applications, games, branding and marketing for enterprise, industry leaders, and educational organizations. Marks is a market maker and industry leader in new technology adoption such as augmented and virtual reality, mobile and educational gaming, hyper local wayfinding, mobile messaging, wearables, and mobile health applications. He has overseen projects for a wide range of clients like Wendy’s, Barneys New York, Yamaha, Geico, and Dell. He has shared his vision for innovative applications at conferences like SXSW, Adobe Max, and SALT, and has been profiled in publications like The Huffington Post, CNN, and Newsweek. As Mindgrub’s Chief Operating Officer, Dan focuses on business development and sales. Outside of client communications, Dan also oversees the information technology team and helps guide internal marketing strategies. A growing company requires strategic oversight and planning, so Dan acts as Mindgrub’s business architect -- designing a sturdy foundation for growth. With a strong background in operations, Dan continues to build a solid infrastructure by defining roles, streamlining communication channels, and identifying opportunities for success. Before joining Mindgrub, Dan worked as COO/CTO of TigerGPS.com, a market leader in the Global Positioning System (GPS) eCommerce space. Dan led all operational, business development, and sales initiatives. In his time with TigerGPS, Dan grew the company’s annual revenue from one million to twenty million in just three years. In 2010, Dan met the CEO and founder of Mindgrub, Todd Marks. Marks was looking for a business-focused mind with a track record of success to help scale Mindgrub into a strong, healthy, and profitable business. With his experience in the technology industry, Dan was the perfect fit.

Raouf has over two decades of software and systems integration experience. Prior to Mindgrub, Raouf acted as a consultant, providing solutions to well-known companies, such as IBM, Merkle, John Deere and other Fortune 500 companies. Since joining Mindgrub in 2012, Raouf has continuously demonstrated an unrivaled energy and enthusiasm, along with an uncanny ability to anticipate technical pitfalls before they happen. Raouf has overseen the development of countless successful software solutions and passionately pursues continuous professional development in both mobile and web technologies. As Mindgrub’s CTO, Raouf brings a renewed focus to innovation by fostering growth in the company’s R&D department, Mindgrub Labs. Recent projects include prototype applications for wearable technology, like Google Glass, and beacon management systems. Around the office, Raouf is known as a skilled ping pong player and an avid cyclist. He has spearheaded Mindgrub’s participation in many annual cycling events, helping the company raise over $15,000 for cancer and diabetes research.
