Asus May Bring Its Own Version of HoloLens
As we all know Microsoft has announced HoloLens augmented reality glasses. The company is going to make available the developer version of the device soon. CNET has reported that Asus – the Taiwanese PC maker is in talks with Microsoft for building its own version of HoloLens.
If it works out, there would be one more player added to the domain of augmented reality.
Microsoft HoloLens is a further step into the Virtual Reality segment. HoloLens, as described by Microsoft, is the fully untethered, see-through holographic computer. HoloLens enables its users to experience high-definition holograms by integrating them with their physical places, spaces, and things. This experience is defined as ’mixed reality’ by Microsoft.
Microsoft has recently announced the prototype plans of HoloLens. With HoloLens, Microsoft aims at change the way we see the world. It has the potential to change the future of computing. The HoloLens headset is a self -supporting device which can be used independently of all other computing devices.
